The rules for using Nashville 10: what the lists are, how listings and paid plans work, and what we are and are not responsible for.
Agreement
These terms apply to anyone using Nashville 10 (nashville10.com). Using the site means you accept them; if you do not, please don’t use it.
What the lists are
Our lists are editorial opinions based on public information (the stars a business has, how many people reviewed it, what it says it does, where it is, when it opens, its phone and its pictures) and our own research. They are not a guarantee of any business’s work, prices or availability, and any deal you make is between you and that business.
Accuracy
Ratings come from third parties, and businesses change their details without telling us. Check hours, prices and licenses directly before you visit or hire.
Business listings
Owners can claim a listing for free and edit hours, address and services. Edits go live right away and we look at them afterward; we can reverse any that are inaccurate, promotional or against these terms. New businesses join only after we review their request.
Paid plans
Pro and Top are yearly subscriptions handled by Stripe, with a single 7-day free trial per business. Pro unlocks a fuller profile; Top places a business that is already on a list near its top, with a visible label. A canceled plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no bulk copying or scraping, no attempts to get into restricted areas, no fake reviews and no false claims to own a business.
Content ownership
Everything written here, which businesses we picked and in what order, the site’s look and the Nashville 10 name are our own work or used under license. Quoting a line or two with a link is fine; copying larger chunks needs our written OK. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, write to info@nashville10.com with the details.
Limits and changes
We work to keep the information right but cannot promise it is complete or current at every moment, and we are not responsible for what listed businesses sell or do. These terms may change; whatever is posted on this page is what applies.
